Lower Back Stretcher

I've been using this stretcher along with my regular stretching exercises. I have disc protrusion and sciatic nerve pain, and this product is really helping. I use it for about 5 minutes before and after stretching. It's not the most comfortable, as it's meant to apply the right pressure, and it's a bit large for smaller people. But it's effective, and I really recommend it.
